Growing promotional products company is looking for an industry experienced sales rep to add to their team. This person should be dynamic and results-driven. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in promotional products sales and demonstrate exceptional skills in account management and business development. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, territory management, and building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for promotional products. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. • Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products. • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of promotional items to potential clients. • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data effectively. • Collaborate with marketing teams to align on promotional strategies and campaigns that drive sales growth. • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
