About the position The Order Management Associate is a member of the Order Management Team and is primarily responsible for answering incoming phone calls and distributing them to the appropriate department. Responsibilities β€’ Answer incoming calls; greet callers, provide information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary β€’ Greet visitors entering Instrumart, determine nature and purpose of visit, notify appropriate Instrumart contact β€’ Review and distribute all incoming Sales emails β€’ Order tracking/shipment status updates Requirements β€’ Ability and comfort working with computer applications- ample amount of time spent working in NetSuite β€’ Capacity to work with Instrumart's telecommunications system, DialPad β€’ Excellent attention to detail β€’ Fast and accurate typing skills β€’ Capability to work in a fast-paced environment β€’ Ability to communicate in a clear and helpful manner when corresponding with customers β€’ Skilled time manager with a strong drive toward productivity β€’ Active listener- giving full attention to what callers are saying, taking the time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times β€’ High levels of dependability β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure smooth and clear interactions across all departments at Instrumart Nice-to-haves β€’ Familiarity with NetSuite or similar business management software β€’ Experience using a cloud-based telephone system β€’ Experience with sharing a workload while working as part of a team β€’ Experience working in an open office environment Apply tot his job
