Job Description: β’ Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process at multiple sites including sourcing prospective candidates, screening and interviewing candidates, creating and extending competitive offers and ensuring successful new hire starts. β’ Collaborate with the broader TA team and hiring managers to develop a compelling recruitment & sourcing strategy to hire according to projected staffing plans and increase efficiency of Talent Acquisition. β’ Work directly with hiring managers on sourcing and recruitment strategies, candidate management, interview and selection approach. β’ Liaise between internal and external candidates and hiring managers. β’ Engage with a diverse range of hiring managers to teach effective interviewing and assessment skills. β’ Develop strong hiring manager partnerships and collaborate to make informed hiring decisions. β’ Ensure the best candidate experience throughout the complete interview processes β’ Lead interview debriefs and gather standardized interview feedback β’ Effectively work within internal Applicant Tracking System (Workday), including requisition initiation and management, candidate communications, candidate dispositioning, and candidate workflow management Requirements: β’ Bachelorβs degree preferred and 5+ years of related human resources or talent acquisition experience β’ Minimum of 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience β’ Proven experience recruiting for Finance, Accounting, IT and Technical roles β’ Experience working within Workday Recruiting β’ Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries strongly preferred β’ Experience managing confidential and personal information and knowledge of employment laws and best practices β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills β’ Ability to prioritize work and successfully multitask a variety of assignment β’ Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β’ Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal/state legislation Benefits: β’ paid time off β’ health insurance coverage (including dental and vision) β’ flexible spending account β’ 401(k) Apply tot his job
