This role involves assisting clients with inquiries, troubleshooting IT issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities β€’ Act as a vital bridge between our internal departments, Client Account Managers and our valued clients, ensuring smooth communication and effective problem-solving β€’ Provide expert-level Client Help Desk support to Liquidity Services’ clients and internal users via telephone, email, and chat β€’ Collaborate with Client Account Managers to assist with client issues, internal processes, and procedures β€’ Manage high-volume data entry and project-related inquiries as requested β€’ Conduct web training sessions for clients to support the Client Account Manager Team β€’ Implement UAT for new and updated internal software applications β€’ Responsible for troubleshooting a wide range of IT-related issues β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure operational efficiency β€’ Assist the Senior Manager of Client Services with special projects β€’ Represent Liquidity Services to government and public sector entities in a positive and professional manner β€’ Monitor all GovDeals auction listings to ensure compliance with high-quality standards and best auction practices β€’ On occasion, deliver onsite and field services to clients across the United States, including cataloging, gathering descriptions, and photographing assets in various locations, both indoor and outdoor, under diverse weather conditions Skills β€’ 4+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment β€’ Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills β€’ Strong computer skills with extensive knowledge of CRM Management, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word β€’ Proven capacity to acquire new skills and adjust effectively to evolving environments β€’ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills β€’ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities β€’ Capability to work independently and effectively manage priorities with minimal supervision β€’ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently β€’ Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment β€’ Candidates must reside in an area with reliable high-speed internet service and cellular phone coverage β€’ Candidates must ensure a quiet distraction-free work environment during business hours β€’ 10% domestic travel β€’ Associate degree and prior experience with government agencies β€’ Ability to speak Spanish or Portuguese Benefits β€’ Healthcare (medical, dental, vision, prescription drugs, FSAs) β€’ 401(k) plan β€’ Paid time off (PTO) and holidays β€’ Paid parental leave β€’ Life and disability insurance β€’ Employee Assistance Program (EAP) β€’ Professional development and tuition assistance Company Overview β€’ Liquidity Services provides leading corporations, public sector agencies and buying customers the world's most It was founded in 1999, and is headquartered in Washington, District of Columbia, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
