Inner Circle Agency is partnering with established companies in the Solana ecosystem to hire a Senior Frontend Engineer focused on building high-performance, user-facing crypto products. The role involves building and refining frontend experiences for crypto native users, collaborating with product and design teams to create intuitive interfaces. Responsibilities • Build and maintain production grade frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js • Integrate Solana wallets, client SDKs, and Web3 libraries into user facing products • Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into polished UI • Implement real time data flows for trading or DeFi style interfaces • Optimize frontend performance, reliability, and maintainability • Take ownership of features from concept through deployment Skills • 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with React and modern TypeScript • Strong experience building and shipping production web applications • Familiarity with Web3 concepts and curiosity about crypto, DeFi, or trading platforms • Hands on experience or exposure to Solana wallets, Web3.js, or similar client SDKs • Product minded approach with strong attention to UX and usability • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast moving environment • Experience building trading terminals or real time data driven interfaces • Prior work on DeFi apps, exchanges, or Web3 protocols • Familiarity with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, or Chrome extension APIs • Ability to collaborate in design tools such as Figma • Hackathon or side project experience within the Solana ecosystem Benefits • Competitive compensation aligned with senior level experience • Remote first environment with a globally distributed team • High ownership role with direct impact on product direction • Exposure to cutting edge work in the Solana and Web3 space Company Overview • At Inner Circle Agency, we're not just recruiters, we’re professional matchmakers.
