Fute is a mid-sized intellectual property boutique seeking an Intellectual Property Attorney to support its expanding IP prosecution and litigation practice. The role involves a diverse mix of intellectual property work across all IP areas and offers flexible work arrangements. Responsibilities • Support its expanding IP prosecution and litigation practice • Drafting and prosecuting patent applications • Meet a minimum billable expectation of 1,600 hours annually Skills • Admitted to the patent bar • At least two years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications • Minimum 2 years of patent prosecution experience • USPTO patent license • Juris Doctor degree • Technical background in physics, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering • Familiarity with trademarks and copyrights • Existing book of business Benefits • 401(k) with matching • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Company Overview • Welcome to FuteGlobal!
