This senior-level recruiting professional will lead complex hiring initiatives and partner with hiring managers to ensure strategic alignment and exceptional talent outcomes. Responsibilities β€’ Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for critical, niche, or executive-level roles across business units β€’ Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with workforce planning goals β€’ Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs and hard-to-fill positions β€’ Guide hiring managers in role definition, job description creation, interview planning, and candidate evaluation β€’ Leverage advanced sourcing techniques and talent marketing to attract diverse, qualified candidates β€’ Champion inclusive hiring practices and partner with the CoE to support DEI talent acquisition strategies β€’ Collaborate with the TA CoE to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local hiring laws, and internal policy standards β€’ Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to identify trends and drive continuous improvement β€’ Mentor and coach junior recruiters and HR team members on recruiting strategies, systems, and tools β€’ Serve as a knowledge resource for ATS use, compliance processes, and TA technology enhancements β€’ Support the implementation of recruiting initiatives and process improvements rolled out by the enterprise TA function Skills β€’ High school diploma or equivalent required β€’ Minimum of 7 years of progressive recruiting experience, including experience with complex or specialized roles β€’ Strong knowledge of recruiting compliance, interview structuring, and candidate assessment methodologies β€’ Demonstrated success in supporting multiple business units and navigating matrixed or decentralized organizations β€’ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools β€’ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consultative skills β€’ Strong analytical and organizational skills; experience using data to drive decision-making and improve outcomes β€’ Ability to coach and mentor others while influencing recruiting best practices across a broader HR team β€’ Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally for hiring events or strategic meetings β€’ Associate's or Bachelor's degree β€’ Experience with Workday, iCIMS, or Greenhouse β€’ Bilingual language skills desirable but not required Company Overview β€’ UES provides personalized engineering, environmental, testing and inspection services to clients across the United States.
