We are hiring a Regional Commercial Tire Sales Representative to conquer the Southeast territory for Elite Rubber. Territory: Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina. (Candidate must reside centrally within the territory, e.g., Atlanta, Charlotte, or Nashville). Company Introduction Elite Rubber is a U.S.-based tire distribution company that provides high-performance, cost-effective tire solutions across North America. We specialize in new and retreaded semi-truck tires, Light Truck tires, and ST tires. Our focus is on factory-direct sourcing, reliable logistics, and customer-first service, helping dealers, fleets, and industrial operators keep moving with quality and consistency. The Role This is a 100% remote, road-based role. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives behind the wheel and in front of the customer. You will be responsible for: β€’ Dual-Track Selling: You will drive immediate revenue through FTL orders while negotiating high-volume "container-load" programs for large wholesalers and fleets. β€’ Territory Dominance: Systematically covering the GA/TN/NC/SC corridor, targeting major logistics hubs and port regions. β€’ Relationship Management: Visiting clients in person to provide consultative solutions, conduct fleet inspections, and close deals. β€’ Business Development: turning cold leads into long-term accounts. Requirements β€’ Experience: Minimum 2 years of commercial tire sales experience (TBR/Retread knowledge required).Educa β€’ tion: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.Locat β€’ ion: Must live within the assigned territory.Skill β€’ s: Proficiency in Microsoft Word & CRM software. Strong negotiation and closing skills are non-negotiable.Trave β€’ l: Willingness to travel 75%+ of the time (overnight travel required).Licen β€’ se: Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
