Outbound Automation Engineer (B2B Lead Gen & Sales Workflow) We build AI-powered sales assistants for B2B export & manufacturing companies. Our mission is simple: replace repetitive outbound sales work with automation that actually brings conversations, meetings, and deals. This is not a generic automation role. We are looking for someone who can turn outbound sales logic into automated systems, not just connect APIs. βΈ» Who We Are Looking For We are looking for an Outbound Automation Engineer β€” someone who understands B2B outbound sales workflows first, and automation tools second. You are a great fit if: β€’ You have hands-on experience with outbound lead generation β€’ You understand ICP, personalization, follow-ups, and deliverability β€’ You can design end-to-end outbound systems, not just single automations ❌ This role is NOT for: β€’ People who only know β€œn8n + ChatGPT” β€’ Pure no-code hobbyists with no real outbound experience β€’ Developers who focus on code but don’t understand sales logic βΈ» What You Will Build You will help us automate this full outbound workflow: Target β†’ Data β†’ Insight β†’ Personalization β†’ Outreach β†’ Follow-up β†’ CRM Specifically: β€’ Automated lead sourcing (LinkedIn, websites, databases) β€’ Data enrichment & intent signals β€’ AI-powered personalization (email / LinkedIn messages) β€’ Multi-step outreach & follow-up sequences β€’ Deliverability-safe email sending β€’ CRM updates & reporting β€’ Error handling and fallback logic βΈ» ️ Tools We Commonly Use (not limited to) You do NOT need to know all of them, but you should be comfortable combining multiple tools: β€’ Automation: n8n (primary) β€’ Outbound / Email: Instantly, Smartlead, Gmail API β€’ Data & Enrichment: Clay, Apollo, Phantombuster, Scraping tools β€’ LinkedIn Automation: Phantombuster / TexAu β€’ CRM: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion β€’ AI: OpenAI / Claude (prompt chaining, structured outputs) βœ… What Success Looks Like You will succeed in this role if you can: β€’ Explain outbound logic in business terms, not just tools β€’ Design workflows that are reusable and scalable β€’ Improve reply rates through better data & personalization β€’ Think proactively about edge cases, limits, and failures β€’ Build systems that non-technical clients can rely on βΈ» Mandatory Screening Task (Important) Please answer the following in writing when applying: Scenario: A B2B manufacturing company wants to generate outbound leads in the US/EU.
