As a Field Marketing Manager, you will create and execute scalable programs to support the Americas Field Marketing team, focusing on effective execution across the region. Responsibilities β’ Centralize and streamline the execution of programs owned by cross-functional teams and run in-region β’ Support the development and rollout of scalable and efficient field marketing program kits that include guidance and deliverables for repeatable execution β’ Work cross functionally to set-up and run effective and efficient meetings, hold teams accountable for deliverables and not only gather feedback on programs but the ability to also provide input to stakeholders β’ Own and execute key foundational programs to support AMER horizontal lead and pipeline generation β’ Ability to work independently to build and manage program enablement assets β’ Demonstrated ability to take ownership and follow through on program deliverables Skills β’ 5+ years' experience managing events, including at least 3 years running field marketing events β’ Experience running other field programs beyond physical events (webinars, 3rd party event sponsorships, email campaigns, direct mail, etc.) β’ Experience building new event programs, documentation, and enablement of cross-functional teams at scale β’ Experience working with cross functional teams β’ Must be metrics-driven β’ Experience with Tableau, SFDC, Asana and Swoogo a plus Company Overview β’ Trilyon, Inc.
