Position: Operations & Customer Relations Specialist (Fully Remote) We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Relations Specialist to manage day-to-day communication between customers, fulfillment warehouses, and internal teams. This is a fully remote position that plays a critical role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment and an excellent customer experience across major online marketplaces. Key Responsibilities β’ Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, fulfillment warehouses, and internal operations β’ Monitor and manage orders, shipments, returns, and refunds β’ Coordinate with warehouses to resolve fulfillment issues (delays, missing items, damaged products) β’ Respond to customer inquiries professionally via email and marketplace messaging systems β’ Track shipments and proactively address delivery issues β’ Handle customer feedback, escalations, and claims in a calm and solution-oriented manner β’ Maintain accurate records of cases, resolutions, and operational activities β’ Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors Requirements β’ Experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, fulfillment, or customer support (preferred) β’ Strong written communication skills in English β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively β’ Comfortable working with order management systems and spreadsheets β’ High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills β’ Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment β’ Knowledge of the e-commerce industry is a plus β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred What We Offer β’ 100% remote position β’ Stable, long-term opportunity β’ Clear processes and structured workflows β’ Supportive and growing team environment β’ Growth potential as the company continues to scale How to Apply β’ Please apply via LinkedIn with your resume and a brief message outlining your relevant experience.
