Job Description
We’re looking for a senior-level PPC specialist to take ownership of our existing Google Ads + Microsoft Ads accounts and scale monthly spend beyond $100K while maintaining a minimum 750% ROAS. This is a performance-driven role for someone who can optimize, scale, and report with clear, actionable insights. What you’ll do: - Audit and optimize current campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Bing equivalents) - Scale budgets responsibly while protecting profitability and ROAS - Improve account structure, query management, negatives, and bidding strategy - Work with product feeds (GMC/Merchant Center), troubleshoot issues, and improve feed performance - Run structured testing (creative/assets, landing pages, audiences) and iterate fast - Weekly performance reporting + clear next-step recommendations Requirements: - Proven track record scaling e-commerce spend to $100K+/month while maintaining ~750% ROAS (or higher) - Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads + Microsoft Ads (Shopping/PMax included) - Excellent analytical skills (GA4, conversion tracking, attribution understanding) - Proactive, independent, and confident in making budget/scaling decisions Nice to have: - Experience with US market e-commerce - Feed optimization experience (supplemental feeds, product titles, attributes, exclusions) - CRO mindset (landing page + funnel input) To apply, please include: - Screenshots or a brief case study showing results at $100K+/mo spend (spend, ROAS, timeframe) - Your approach to scaling while keeping ROAS stable - Your availability and preferred monthly/weekly engagement model Apply tot his job
