Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dragonfly is a modern in-memory data store thatβs transforming the landscape of high-performance data infrastructures. They are seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to help secure and support larger customers by serving as the primary technical point of contact and creating technical content to educate future customers. Responsibilities β’ Serve as the primary technical point of contact for large customers during pre-sales and onboarding β’ Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and assist with data migrations to Dragonfly β’ Answer technical questions and collaborate with customer engineering teams to address concerns and provide solutions β’ Advocate for technical approval by demonstrating the value and reliability of Dragonfly in customer environments β’ Write high-quality technical guides, blog posts, and white papers to educate users β’ Develop and deliver webinars, conference talks, and workshops to promote Dragonfly β’ Produce content that highlights best practices for deploying, optimizing, and scaling with Dragonfly β’ Work closely with the product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and inform feature development β’ Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine technical messaging and go-to-market strategy Skills β’ Must be located in the United States (East Coast strongly preferred) β’ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship) β’ Strong understanding of the big three cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) β’ Expertise in modern data infrastructure, with the ability to discuss database setups and their impact on application performance, reliability, and cost β’ Hands-on experience with in-memory data store technologies, and/or distributed systems β’ Proven experience working with customers in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical support capacity β’ Deep customer empathy and a passion for solving customer problems β’ Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, from engineers to decision-makers β’ Strong storytelling ability and a love for producing content that is valuable to the customer β’ Track record of creating compelling technical content, such as blog posts, guides, white papers, or conference talks β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β’ Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment β’ Passion for contributing to both customer success and company growth β’ Proficiency in infrastructure management systems such as Docker and Terraform Benefits β’ Competitive salary, benefits, and equity. β’ An annual offsite at a luxury hotel where we all go and have fun with the rest of the team.
