Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. International Senior Lawyers Project (ISLP) is a mission-driven non-profit organization with global impact. They are seeking a consultant to manage their Salesforce database, website maintenance, and email marketing tools, ensuring accurate data and smooth digital operations. Responsibilities • Provide Salesforce system maintenance to optimize for organizational use • Provide data quality control to include regular review and special data cleanup projects • Develop and update Salesforce and data reports, including for board of directors meetings, fundraising campaigns, and revenue analysis • Provide analysis and advise on data trends to support the organization’s mission and work • Manage interface modifications, automations and integrations with third-party solutions including the Click & Pay Suite, Cazoomi / MailChimp integration, Tableau and Jotform • Provide general support and troubleshooting, including user management and training and documentation • Provide other related support as needed • Provide regular system maintenance (e.g., plugin, theme and core updates) to maintain security and performance optimization • Post and update content as provided by ISLP team • Enhance and monitor SEO and analytics tracking to ensure optimization of website to gain followers and increase site traffic • Provide general support and troubleshooting, including user management and training and documentation • Provide website insights and advise ISLP regarding ways to improve website traffic and engagement • Support to set up and transmit email campaigns, including monthly newsletters • Manage audience lists and segmentation • Develop email and newsletter templates • Monitor of deliverability and engagement analytics • Provide email insights and advise ISLP regarding ways to improve open rates and engagement • Provide general support and troubleshooting, including user management and training and documentation Skills • Salesforce administration, with Salesforce Administrator Certification • NonProfit Success Pack • Click & Pledge / Click & Pay Suite • Gmail integration • Tableau • Jotform • Wordpress • Wordpress Avada Theme • Basic HTML and CSS • Basic SEO and Google Analytics • MailChimp and familiarity with digital marketing strategies • Basic graphic design skills preferred Company Overview • ISLP strategically engages highly experienced lawyers to advise clients, on a pro bono basis, within carefully selected and structured projects.
