Job Title: Remote Appointment Setter Part-Time (Independent Contractor) — $240 base +uncapped commission

We’re looking for virtual appointment setters to make outbound calls to homeowner leads we provide and schedule appointments for our team.

This is designed as a supplemental income opportunity with large upsides for the time invested.

Pay

$300/wk base

+ $250 per sale (commission)

Work Windows to Independent Contractors (tool availability)

Mon-Fri -> 4pm-8pm cst

or

Mon-Fri - > 9am-1pm cst

You’ll complete your calling activity within this window.

Typical workload: 20 hours/week (many contractors choose to do 4 hours/day, 5 days/week).

20 hours per week to unlock base ... each hour short, deducts $15.

What You’ll Do
• Make outbound calls to homeowner data (this is not inbound)
• Follow a proven script and booking process
• Confirm appointments and follow up to reduce no-shows
• Accurately log call outcomes and notes in our CRM

What We’re Looking For
• Clear, professional phone voice
• Confident speaking with homeowners
• Self-motivated and consistent with follow-up
• Organized and reliable
• Appointment setting, call center, or sales experience is a plus

Pay: $1,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
