Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Xenios is building a complete health ecosystem for coaches and is currently raising their pre-seed funding. They are looking for a strategic advisor with active relationships in the Bay Area healthcare VC space to help open investor doors and provide specific introductions. Responsibilities β’ Open investor doors with active relationships in Bay Area healthcare VCs β’ Make specific, warm introductions to potential investors β’ Commit 2-4 hours/month for the next 12 months Skills β’ Active relationships with Bay Area healthcare VCs (Rock Health, Define Ventures, General Catalyst Health Assurance, a16z Bio, 7wireVentures, Bessemer, Khosla, or similar) β’ Recent experience as a founder, operator, or investor in consumer digital health β specifically telehealth, GLP-1/metabolic health, AI-powered health products, or fitness/wellness platforms β’ Willingness to make specific, warm introductions β not just 'advice' β’ Ability to commit 2-4 hours/month for the next 12 months β’ Exited founders from Hims, Ro, Calibrate, Noom, Found, Livongo, Whoop, or similar consumer health companies β’ Venture studio alumni (Atomic Labs, Redesign Health, Day One Ventures) with digital health focus β’ Former EIRs or Venture Partners at healthcare-focused funds β’ Active angel investors in digital health with 5+ investments in the space β’ Operators who scaled consumer telehealth or D2C wellness brands Benefits β’ 0.75% equity (vesting over 2 years, negotiable based on contribution) β’ Ground floor of a category-defining company β’ Work with a team that's shipped products at scale (Uber ATG, AMD, Adobe, InstaMed) β’ Shape the future of preventive healthcare Company Overview β’ Transforming Health & Wellness Through Personalized Care and Innovative Technology It was founded in 2024, and is headquartered in Austin, Texas, US, with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
