Role Description This role involves overseeing facility licensing and certification processes to ensure high-quality home health services are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations. β’ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including CMS guidelines. β’ Prepare and submit required facility license applications and renewals to relevant agencies. β’ Oversee and manage Medicaid and Medicare enrollment, renewal, and compliance activities. β’ Coordinate renewal processes to prevent lapses in facility licensure. β’ Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external regulatory agencies. β’ Conduct thorough research on healthcare regulations and provide reports on findings. β’ Perform due diligence and analysis related to healthcare acquisitions and mergers. Qualifications β’ Bachelorβs degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for degree. β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance or regulatory affairs. β’ Familiarity with CMS regulations and state facility licensing requirements. β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Ability to interpret complex regulatory information.
