They are seeking a Digital Experience & SEO Specialist to manage and optimize their website, focusing on SEO strategy and AI-driven digital execution to enhance user experience and support marketing campaigns. Responsibilities β€’ Manage CMS updates in WordPress: landing pages, blog posts, copy changes, template updates, and QA β€’ Build new pages using established templates and maintain consistency in structure, design, and UX β€’ Partner with cross-functional teams to support web updates across different user journeys and IMC launches β€’ Collaborate with agencies on new site builds, localization, and modernized digital experiences β€’ Lead modern SEO execution: metadata, structured content, keyword optimization, internal linking, tagging, schema β€’ Use AI-assisted workflows for SEO auditing, content clustering, competitive research, brief creation, and optimization β€’ Conduct SEMrush/Ahrefs reviews and implement recommendations to improve rankings and organic conversion β€’ Apply AI tools to scale SEO execution, improve content relevance, and streamline audits β€’ Own CRO and UX optimization, including form fills, navigation, load time, and mobile readiness β€’ Manage and optimize digital experience platforms: Qualified, Navattic, Wistia, etc β€’ Experiment with personalization, chat optimization, and AI-enhanced testing β€’ Ensure analytics and tagging accuracy in GA4 and GTM in partnership with GTM Ops and Performance Marketing β€’ Support campaign launches with high-quality landing pages and seamless user experiences β€’ Collaborate with other platform owners (Pardot, 6sense, Salesforce) to ensure high-quality, consistent execution across digital channels β€’ Manage and update Mattermost’s profile pages on G2, Capterra, and other review platforms β€’ Maintain accuracy, speed, and operational excellence across all owned digital touchpoints Skills β€’ 2–5 years of B2B SaaS digital marketing, SEO, or web management experience β€’ Strong proficiency with WordPress (required); Webflow a plus β€’ Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Search Console, etc.) β€’ Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and digital tracking frameworks β€’ Basic HTML/CSS skills for troubleshooting and QA β€’ Experience applying AI or automation to digital marketing workflows β€’ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects β€’ Must be able to work with Eastern Time zone overlap β€’ A collaborative, curious, detail-oriented team player who owns execution end-to-end β€’ Applicants must be U.S. citizens and eligible to obtain a U.S. government security clearance Company Overview β€’ Mattermost is an open source platform for secure collaboration across the entire software development lifecycle.
