Role Description ModMed is hiring a driven Software Training Consultant - Orthopedics to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Customer Success Team focused on training small and medium complexity practices on our proprietary software. β€’ Train clients on medical software and the use of features and functions of the service using classroom, remote, on-the-job, and blended training techniques. β€’ Establish rapport; gain and maintain credibility with diverse audiences. β€’ Report software improvements and enhancements to software engineers. β€’ Help our clients adopt best practices in using our solution to manage their practice. β€’ Manage time effectively with minimal supervision to accurately scope projects and ensure that practices are trained on time. β€’ Manage the client training schedule, and the workflow of the practice and coordinates with project managers and administrators to properly execute the training for all staff. β€’ Collaborate with the Training, Support, and Product departments to address training materials, programs, and client launch practices. β€’ Record details of client feedback through the training process. β€’ Contribute to the creation of training resource material. β€’ Maintain certification of 80% or higher on all application material and quizzes. Qualifications β€’ Ability to travel 75-90% including weekends, and provide some off-hours training and support, including occasional weekends. β€’ 2+ years experience in software training, implementation, and/or relevant medical practice experience. β€’ Demonstrates good problem-solving skills and effective decision-making abilities. β€’ Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Empathetic communicator with a consultative approach - able to see things from another person’s point of view. β€’ Ability to work independently as well as part of the training team. β€’ Positive and personable attitude with a customer service focus. β€’ A professional, patient, and balanced approach to handling difficult customer situations. β€’ Able to establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with customers and teammates. β€’ Takes initiative in goal fulfillment and deadlines. β€’ Excellent time management and organizational skills. β€’ Basic knowledge of Apple products including Mac, iPad, and iPhone. β€’ Ability to easily learn new software. β€’ Detail-oriented.
