*Entry-Level Production Associate Job Duties:**

Using hand and power tools to complete assemblies
Loading and unloading pieces and parts onto painting racks
Stage materials, move finished parts, and assist with workflow
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
*Schedule:** Monday – Thursday | 4:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Overtime opportunities depending on production needs*
*Pay:** $24.52 per hour
*Entry-Level Production Associate Job Requirements:**

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
6 months experience with hand and power tools (ability to identify tools)
