Symplast is the #1 mobile EHR and practice management platform built for aesthetic medicine, and they are seeking a CRM Strategist to join their Growth Team. This role involves managing client relationships, implementing CRM strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and enhance patient retention.

    Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary CRM Services relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of plastic surgery and medical spa clients
  • Collaborate with Growth Team colleagues such as Solutions Architects and QA/technical/onboarding resources to implement and continuously refine CRM workflows that directly support client revenue goals
  • Analyze performance data to uncover opportunities for growth and present clear, actionable plans that boost patient acquisition, increase conversion rates, and strengthen long-term loyalty
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with leadership to design and execute expansion strategies
  • Design and improve CRM workflows, nurture campaigns, and automated patient-journey touchpoints to maximize lead conversion and patient lifetime value
  • Integrate and optimize marketing channels, telephony/VoIP, and analytics to deliver measurable ROI and transparent attribution of every marketing dollar
  • Work closely with other teams across Symplast—including product, engineering, and the broader Growth Team—to implement new features and translate client needs into system-wide enhancements
  • Document best practices and contribute to reusable playbooks so future projects move faster and deliver consistent growth results
  • Proactively surface challenges and implement solutions that protect and expand client revenue streams
  • Maintain clear documentation of deliverables and outcomes to ensure accountability and transparency
    Skills
  • 3–5+ years in CRM strategy, customer success, or account management for a SaaS or marketing-automation provider (Go High Level strongly preferred)
  • Proven expertise in workflow design, marketing automation, analytics, and telephony/VoIP integrations
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models and HIPAA compliance
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable business results while managing multiple client projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • Outstanding communication skills to present data-driven recommendations and guide clients through change
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, growth-focused mindset
  • Understanding of plastic surgery and medical spa operations is highly valued
