The initial engagement is a trial project: source one qualified candidate according to clearly defined criteria. Successful completion will lead to a long-term collaboration with ongoing recruiting opportunities.
We are looking for recruiters who are detail-oriented, reliable, and results-driven, able to identify candidates who can make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Source one candidate matching the specified requirements(this will be shared later)
- Screen and present the candidate clearly and accurately
- Follow instructions precisely and communicate professionally
Main Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer
- Strong ability to evaluate candidate quality and fit
- Responsible, reliable, and efficient
- Comfortable sourcing candidates globally
- Good English skills required; C2 or higher is a plus
- Available to communicate at least 5–9 PM EST, able to coordinate across Americas business hours
