Job Description

What you'll do

Build accurate, efficient 3D from drawings and supplied models (SketchUp/Revit/CAD).
Light, texture and render to a high standard (3ds Max + V-Ray + Vantage).
Post-produce in Photoshop (including AI-assisted enhancements).
Deliver camera matching and verified views.
Manage priorities in changing briefs; keep work clean, organised (in line with Blink-protocols) and handover-ready.
Proven ArchViz experience with a strong portfolio
Experience working on large scale projects
Solid skills in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Chaos Vantage, Photoshop, Forest Pack, RailClone.
Confident composition, lighting, materials; able to "fill in the gaps" on evolving designs.
Comfortable speaking with clients on calls and screen-shares.
You must be resident in the UK and have the right to work here. We're fully remote but occasionally meet in person for training or team events.
AI-positive mindset (e.g., Photoshop AI, Krea). You don't need to know every tool-just be curious, adaptable and pragmatic.
As we are remote and store data in the cloud, a rapid and reliable internet connection is essential (both upload and download speeds)
Experience in industrial/logistics visuals.
Animation/keyframing; basic video editing for simple productions.
Understanding of real-time rendering/production.
