Salesforce Pro Suite Consultant (Zoho → Salesforce Migration)
We are a small industrial equipment sales and repair company migrating from Zoho CRM to Salesforce Pro Suite.
We are looking for a Salesforce Pro Suite functional consultant to help us configure and optimize our CRM.
Key tasks:
- Customize Opportunity fields (both standard Salesforce fields and new custom fields):
– Entity picklist
– Department picklist
– Product family & product picklists
– Ensure correct layout and visibility
- (If possible) Configure multi-currency (entity selection assigns currency)
- Migrate Opportunities from Zoho to Salesforce (export, field mapping, import)
- Create and customize dashboards and basic reports
- Minor Salesforce customizations as needed
- Train a team of 4 users
- (Optional) Integrate Salesforce with third-party apps: PandaDoc, Tableau, QuickBooks, Odoo
Requirements:
- Strong Salesforce Pro Suite functional experience
- CRM migration experience (Zoho → Salesforce is a plus)
- No coding required
- Experience with third-party integrations is a plus
- Clear communication and ability to document setup
