Job Description

Lead the development of Distribution applications on the cloud-native GridOS Platform.
Own end-to-end responsibility for the Distribution Engineering portfolio.
Manage legacy commitments while guiding architectural modernization.
Establish and lead an L5 team model with clear boundaries.
Partner with stakeholders to strengthen engineering, infrastructure, and platform capabilities.
Provide architectural leadership for secure and scalable systems.
Build and lead high-performance, Agile-centric engineering teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
Ability to modernize ADMS by building a new GridOS-based ADMS application.
Accelerate organizational transformation and increase quality through scalable architecture and process design.
Deep understanding of open-source technologies, platform economy, cloud, scalable data technologies, and cyber engineering.
Strong understanding of the utility industry or operational technology landscape adjacent to it.
Experience modernizing Windows applications.
