We do have opening for our client,
- Role : Snowflake Data EngineerLocation : RemoteDuration : Long-term Contract
- Minimum 8+ years of experience with prod implementation experience.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes in Snowflake.
- Implement data models, schemas, tables, views, and stored procedures. Optimize Snowflake performance (clustering, partitioning, query tuning).
- Integrate Snowflake with various data sources (cloud storage, APIS, third-party tools).
- Develop and enforce data security, access controls, and governance policies.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to data loads and transformations.
- Automate deployment and CI/CD for Snowflake scripts and objects.
- Required Skills:
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake features (warehouses, shares, streams, tasks, etc.).
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., dbt, Informatica, Talend). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). Experience with scripting languages (Python preferred).
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance in cloud environments.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Snowflake certification(s).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data deployments.
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc...). Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
