Job Description
- Radiology Partners is seeking a skilled HL7 Developer to support and enhance its data integration environment. The HL7 Developer will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and performance across the organization’s technology ecosystem.Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare integration or interface development.
- Experience and knowledge of radiology systems and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of HL7 v2.x, FHIR, and other healthcare interoperability standards.
- Proficiency in integration engines such as Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, or Corepoint.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and SQL.
- Familiarity with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and data transformation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex technical concepts to a widely varied audience including staff, management and other internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated expertise in critical thinking and problem solving to weigh the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
- Strong work ethics, integrity, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
