As a Customer Service Loader, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that products are well-stocked and easily accessible for customers

To succeed as a Customer Service Loader, you'll need to possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings, any day of the week
- Physical stamina to perform job duties that entail prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or other physical tasks
- Ability to carry 25 pounds by oneself, with the option to request assistance for heavier loads
- Basic computer proficiency, including data management and input/output skills
- Experience using retail technology devices, including smartphones and tablets
- Ability to comply with legal requirements for sales-related licenses or registrations
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- 6 months of experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a hardware or home improvement store
- Experience working in a Loader position, with a focus on inspecting, transferring, loading, and unloading goods or elements
- Proficiency in retail merchandising, including Zone Recovery, stocking, down stocking, facing/fronting product, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
