This part-time opportunity offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a regular schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our front office operations, working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient data management.

  • *Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing all functions and responsibilities of a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, including scheduling cases and invoicing cases
  • Receiving cases, opening cases, and disinfecting cases for production
  • Packing and shipping cases for delivery through local sources or national carriers
  • Scheduling cases and performing the scheduling function for each case
  • Entering demographics and customer information through our LIS system
  • Printing preference notes matching to cases
  • Moving cases into production areas
  • Invoicing cases and assisting with billing questions or issues
  • Scanning paperwork for each case for electronic storage
  • Answering all incoming calls and responding to inquiries from customers' offices
  • Referring technical inquiries to appropriate team members
  • Performing all other duties as assigned

  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using software applications, including LIS systems
  • *Minimum Education and Experience Required**
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Some billing experience required
