We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to work an 11pm-7am overnight shift on Wednesday's and a 3pm-6pm afternoon shift on Saturdays. There may also be opportunities to work a Thursday 11PM-7AM shift. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for answering calls, taking messages, and processing customer requests in a timely and efficient manner. - Answer calls and take messages overnight to pass on to client companies
- Utilize computerized systems to efficiently process customer requests and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and courteous
- Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and talk time goals
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in data entry and clerical tasks
- Strong typing skills for quick and accurate responses
- Driver's License (Required)
- Ability to arrive on time and work an overnight schedule including one night over the weekends as well

- 1 year of experience in customer service, message taking, data entry, or client service
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
