SystemsAccountants is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS & Fusion Project Manager to lead a municipality’s ERP transformation from EBS to Fusion. This role will oversee planning, execution, governance, and delivery across all workstreams.
- Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle for the EBS‑to‑Fusion migration
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate functional, technical, and public‑sector teams
- Ensure alignment with US Public Sector requirements and compliance standards
- Drive project governance, reporting, and executive updates
- Partner with Finance, SCM, and IT leaders to ensure successful delivery
- Oversee vendor coordination and cross‑team dependencies
- Skills
- 10–15 years of Oracle ERP experience
- Expertise in both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion
- Minimum 5+ full lifecycle implementations
- Strong experience in public‑sector ERP environments
- Deep understanding of GASB / US Government GAAP
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
