- Conduct virtual presentations via Zoom and phone
- Present company-approved programs to assigned leads
- Guide individuals through available options and enrollment
- Maintain accurate digital records and follow-ups
- Meet weekly performance goals
- No cold calling. No door-to-door work.Requirements
- 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using Zoom, email, and online tools
- Reliable, coachable, and goal-oriented
- No prior sales or insurance experience required
