They are seeking a senior-level Cybersecurity Risk Management, GRC, and TPRM Subject Matter Expert to support high-impact client engagements, providing strategic value as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and boards.

    Responsibilities
  • Advise executives and boards on cybersecurity risk posture, governance models, and program maturity
  • Translate cyber and third-party risk into clear business impact, tradeoffs, and decision-ready insights
  • Support executive briefings, board materials, and high-risk vendor or risk escalations
  • Guide enterprise cybersecurity risk management strategies aligned to business objectives and risk appetite
  • Establish, evaluate, and mature governance frameworks, policies, and controls aligned to recognized standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOC 2)
  • Advise on GRC alignment across regulatory, compliance, and enterprise risk management programs
  • Provide senior advisory oversight for third-party and vendor risk management programs
  • Advise on vendor risk assessment approaches, monitoring, remediation prioritization, and escalation
  • Apply sound judgment to balance security, compliance, and business enablement
  • Support regulatory readiness, audits, and executive response strategies
  • Advise on remediation prioritization and risk-based decision-making
  • Provide risk leadership related to incident response, cloud adoption, digital transformation, and M&A activity
  • Serve as senior SME support to client delivery teams
  • Provide mentoring, peer review, and quality assurance of deliverables
  • Act as a calm, credible advisor in sensitive or high-pressure situations
    Skills
  • 25+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk management, GRC, and/or third-party risk management
  • Demonstrated experience advising executives, boards, and senior leadership
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, governance models, and regulatory environments
  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently and deliver value quickly in contract engagements
