Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging Customer Experience team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a vital role in assessing the quality of fulfillment center and IXD automation, developing validation plans, and collaborating with partner teams to ensure an aligned view on product quality. Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of fulfillment center and IXD automation, assessing their quality and identifying areas for improvement
- Measure and report machine metrics, providing thoughtful test reports that quantify and prove product maturity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an aligned view on product quality and identify opportunities for growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mechatronics sustainable packaging automation technology, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience, with a focus on automation testing
- Experience in manual testing, including UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI)
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in API and mobile testing, with a focus on designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets
- Knowledge of mechatronics and sustainable packaging automation technology, including the latest advancements and trends
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation package is competitive and reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $75,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $183,100/year in our highest geographic market.
