- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery;
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with all project requirements;
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals;
- Utilize Harbor project management tools to track project progress, manage resources, and report on milestones to stakeholders;
- Coordinate project documentation, including project charter, status reports, and meeting notes;
- Monitor and manage projects risks, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure timely resolution;
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and clear communication;
- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes;
- Address client concerns and escalations promptly, ensuring satisfaction and alignment;
- Provide direction and support to project team members;
- Responsible for keeping the project on budget. Provides customer billing, review of invoices and associated timecards, and addresses any client questions regarding invoicing;
- Ensure project delivers the scope as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW);
- Requirements:
- 5+ years project management experience implementing legal software preferred;
- Four-year degree or equivalent combination of experience and education;
- Proficient with collaboration and project tracking tools;
- Competent in the following areas: problem solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus, and punctuality;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus;
- Experience with Marketing Technology, including CRM and Experience platforms, is preferred, but not required.
