Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits, to provide exceptional customer service and support

  • Process claims, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date

  • Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients, utilizing automated data extraction tools as needed

  • Receive documents from both electronic and hard copy forms, sorting, imaging, and archiving them by form type

  • Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information and classifying documents based on contract requirements

  • Verify data from automated data extraction tools, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits


arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $46,600.00 - $63,250.00 per year, depending on experience and performance.
