About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service and Product Testing Representatives. As an independent contractor, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, participating in In-Home Usage Tests and providing valuable feedback to companies and market research firms. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $45, guaranteeing 15-25 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and other required tasks.
- Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided.
- Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and other activities.
- Participate in private chat rooms or discussions about the product being tested, as required by market research firms.
- Write reviews and provide feedback as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project.
