As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Automotive Tool Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting franchised distributor customers in selecting the right automotive tools and toolboxes to meet their needs
  • Handling inbound calls with professionalism and poise, providing pricing details, part numbers, and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Providing technical support by sharing information from our extensive catalog and trusted suppliers, helping customers make informed decisions
  • Inputting orders accurately using our internal software systems to ensure seamless communication and efficient order fulfillment
  • Collaborating with the Customer Service team to resolve challenges and ensure seamless communication
  • Engaging with subject matter experts across departments for cross-functional problem-solving and knowledge sharing
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Flexibility to work from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday
  • At least 1 year of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience
  • On-the-job experience with general automotive mechanics is a plus
  • Intermediate PC and keyboard skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interpret customer issues and troubleshoot effectively

While not required, the following qualifications would be a great asset to your application:

  • ASE certification
  • Automotive expertise
  • Familiarity with tools or related trade school degree
