- Develop and manage detailed, integrated project plans covering all workstreams (functional, technical, data, testing, training, change management, cutover).
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders, key users, subject matter experts, and global process owners.
- Act as a strategic advisor, balancing business needs with program scope and transformation objectives, while.
- Actively engaging local sponsors, HR, and change networks to support adoption.
- Provide transparent, weekly updates on progress, risks, and decisions to program leadership and executive sponsors.
- Escalate issues promptly and ensure change impact, training readiness, and business alignment are part of status reporting.
- Lead project management disciplines, including scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and resource management.
- Oversee data migration activities including cleansing, load cycles, reconciliation, and business sign-off.
- Collaborate with Change Management leads to design and deliver communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management strategies.
- Manage hypercare phase and coordinate resolution of open issues, facilitate lessons learned and track benefits realization against project objectives.
- Requirements:
- 7+ years’ related experience, with at least 5+ years of SAP related work including at least one successful, full-cycle SAP implementation
- Extensive knowledge of complex processes
- Salesforce experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- SAP and/or Salesforce Solution Manager certification
