We are seeking an experienced Personal Branding Workshop Facilitator to lead a high-impact, bespoke workshop for a senior executive stepping into a more visible, high-profile leadership role within a global organization.
This engagement will focus on helping the leader clarify and articulate their personal leadership brand, internally and externally, during a pivotal moment of professional growth. The workshop will integrate structured feedback inputs with the executive’s own perspective to develop a cohesive, forward-looking leadership narrative.
The ideal facilitator brings strategic thinking, executive presence, positive energy, and the ability to work confidentially and collaboratively with senior leaders.
Engagement Scope
- Facilitate a customized personal branding workshop for one senior executive
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align on scope, objectives, and desired outcomes prior to the session
- Create a psychologically safe, structured environment that encourages insight, reflection, and clarity
