Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on growth marketer to help scale an early-stage consumer fitness app with a strong social and behavioral angle.

Our product, turns wearable data into team based competitions. Instead of just tracking activity, we create accountability and engagement through asynchronous team challenges.

We currently have a beta version of the app with amazing engagement from our first users 40. We are currently rebranding it to prepare for our larger launch

We’re at the early growth stage and looking for someone who can help us build and execute a lean, high-impact go-to-market strategy.

What you’ll work on

  • Define and execute early user acquisition experiments
  • Launch and manage creator programs
  • Launch and test paid acquisition channels
  • Build simple growth loops that you will get to define/propose to the founder
  • Support product launches and milestone campaigns
  • Analyze performance and optimize

Ideal Profile

Experience in consumer mobile apps (fitness, social, gaming, or lifestyle)

Proven track record with early-stage growth

Comfortable running paid and organic experiments

Strong understanding of retention, activation, and CAC

Hands-on, data-driven, and execution-oriented

Bonus: experience with fitness communities or wearable tech
