- ProSidian seeks a Training Program Oversight Consultant - GSSC to support DOE Hanford engagement.
- Provide oversight of training and qualification programs.
- Assess, interpret, and monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
- Perform oversight of causal analysis activities.
- Communicate training concerns to DOE and contractor management.
- Develop reports and briefings on training program status.
- Assist in reviews involving the training sector.
- Requirements:
- Consecutive employment in a comparable position within the past five years.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- Work products shall be thorough, accurate, and appropriately documented.
- Senior professional with experience in operational readiness reviews, plant testing, turnover and plant operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 15 years’ experience in nuclear facility operations.
- 15 years’ experience working with contractor assurance systems.
- Expertise in performing causal analysis.
- Experience with information management systems and related software.
- Ability to identify issues impacting operations.
- Ability to develop and present training materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with various DOE guidelines and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to meet security badging requirements.
