CONTEXT
We're Anaconda Fightwear, a fitness apparel brand. We launched our shoulder brace product in January 2024 with original copyrighted photography and design artwork created in 2023.
A Chinese Amazon seller (HOUM) is now:
Selling counterfeit copies of our shoulder brace
Using our copyrighted photos (flipped horizontally and edited)
Imitating our product to confuse customers
The problem: We've reported them to Amazon before for copyright infringement. They just changed the images and kept selling the counterfeit product. The listing stays up, they swap photos, and continue profiting from our work.
I need this seller permanently banned from Amazon, not just forced to change their listing again.
What I Need
Strong legal demand letter to Amazon threatening litigation if they don't permanently terminate the seller's account
