Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. C&D Talent Advisory - Academy is a multidisciplinary digital studio seeking a Business Developer to help grow their client base. The role involves identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting deals from initial contact to closure.
- Responsibilities
- Identify and approach relevant companies and decision-makers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book discovery calls
- Support proposals, follow-ups, and deal progression
- Prepare background research for sales conversations
- Keep CRM and pipeline data accurate and up to date
- Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
- Candidate must be based in USA or Canada
- Experience or strong interest and knowledge in tech, digital products, or design-led businesses
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and lead qualification
- Clear communicator, structured, and proactive
- Fast learner with strong commercial awareness
- Fluent Spanish (Highly Preferred)
