About the position
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level AI Automation Builder to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in artificial intelligence, automation, and data collection. You will work closely with a small team to build and maintain AI-powered web data collection tools, support operational tasks, and communicate with external contacts via phone. Proficiency in creating AI prompts and a fundamental understanding of how to work with website structures and implement automation using tools like Playwright is a significant plus.
No prior professional experience is required—training will be provided. A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.
- Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, testing, and maintaining AI-powered tools for web data extraction and process automation.
- Work collaboratively with a small team to troubleshoot and improve data collection and automation performance.
- Place and receive phone calls as part of data validation, process verification, or operational support.
- Accurately document work progress and report issues to team leads.
- Follow established processes and adapt to evolving workflows.
- Maintain data quality and confidentiality standards.
- Requirements
- Entry-level position; no prior experience required
- Basic computer skills and comfort navigating web-based tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
- Personal computer (desktop or laptop) capable of running modern web tools
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection
- Working headset and microphone for phone calls and team communication
