Experienced Florida Probate Lawyer Wanted to join a Relational Heart Centered Team of Legal Professionals!

Handle probate administration, including preparing and filing estate documents, managing assets and liabilities, and distributing estate assets to beneficiaries
Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on probate and estate planning matters
Prepare and negotiate estate-related contracts, such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Appear in court to represent clients in probate and estate-related matters
Maintain accurate records and file documents in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with clients, court officials, and other professionals in the legal field
Stay up-to-date with changes in probate law and best practices in estate planning
Contribute to the growth and success of the firm through business development and networking opportunities

Experience in probate, estate law and trust administration
Strong negotiation and mediation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with local and state probate and trust administration laws
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Experience with estate tax returns
Ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations
Proven track record of successful estate settlements
Proficiency in legal research tools and software
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state where the position is located
5+ years of experience practicing probate law
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle a high volume of cases while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
