- *Key Responsibilities**
As a remote customer service agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients across the US. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing payments and following up with clients for overdue payments
- Sending necessary documents to customers and uploading them to Necho upon customer completion
- Updating odometer readings and following up on drive safe and save setups
- Maintaining meticulous notes in the system
- Updating financial cards
- Collecting information like drivers licenses for MVR No hit's etc. in underwriting - folders and sending it to your agent
- Upselling from BOD Service tasks
- Putting in a Policy Transaction (PT) for the information collected in underwriting folders
- Answering phone calls during allocated times
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- You must have valid work authorization
- You must be able to work Monday to Friday
- You must have prior or current arenaflex experience
- You must have prior service experience
- You must be willing to get an Insurance Producer's license in the State that their Agent/s are located
