About The Role
We're hiring a Graphic Designer who specializes in high-converting Meta/Facebook ad creative. You'll design scroll-stopping ads that drive real results—masterclass signups, course enrollments, and qualified leads for our fast-growing AI education company.

What You'll Do
- Primary Responsibilities (80% of your time):
- Design 5-15 Meta ad variations per week (static images and carousels)
- Create direct-response ad creative optimized for mobile placements
- Test different hooks, visuals, and messaging based on performance data
- Collaborate with our Paid Media Director to iterate on winning ads
- Build reusable templates that make future production faster
- Secondary Responsibilities:
- Add captions to short-form videos in CapCut (1-2 videos per week)
- Design landing pages for product launches (1-2 per quarter)
- Create pitch decks and sales materials as needed (occasional)
- Weekly Time Commitment:
- Regular season: 20-30 hours/week

What We're Looking For
- Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience designing Meta/Facebook ads (portfolio required)
- Expert proficiency in Canva or Figma (Canva strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of direct-response and conversion-focused design
- Experience with mobile-first ad design
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Portfolio showing at least 10 Meta ads you've designed
- Available for 4-5 hours overlap with US Pacific Time zone
