Reports To: SVP of Marketing
Location: Remote: Some Travel Required
Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 Annual Salary
Position Overview: The Technical SEO and Web Manager owns the website, technical SEO, and parent digital experience to improve organic contribution and engagement quality. This role is a core owner within the Organic and Digital Experience components of the Marketing Operating System.
Education:
Degree: Bachelor’s preferred in marketing, computer science, information systems, or related field
Certifications: Google Analytics (GA4) or similar analytics certification preferred
Preferred Skills:
6+ years' experience in SEO or web management roles
Strong technical SEO and CMS experience
Working knowledge of UX and conversion best practices
Experience with GA4 and Search Console
Core Responsibilities:
Manage site architecture, UX, and navigation
Own technical SEO execution and roadmap
Partner with Brand & Content on messaging clarity
Reduce reliance on external vendors
Monitor engagement and conversion metrics

Improved organic OPP contribution and engagement quality
Clearer, calmer parent digital experience
Strong technical foundation for growth
Stabilize site performance and SEO fundamentals
