I am looking for an experienced trademark attorney or a law firm based in the United States who has handled trademark opposition cases before (especially opposition involving WORD TRADEMARKS).
Requirements:
- Must be licensed and based in the United States.
- Experience specifically with trademark opposition proceedings
- Must be able to work on hourly rate and provide reasonable rate estimates.
- Able to offer an initial consultation to evaluate our case.
